Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return the item for free.

“Free return” means that we do not charge any return shipping fees. When you request a return, we provide a free prepaid return label, so you won’t pay anything to send the item back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, the customer has to make sure that there are no scratches/damage or wear/tear on the frame & lenses. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

If the return request is denied (for reasons such as wear and tear, misuse, scratches on frames and lenses post-delivery, or lack of valid receipt or proof of purchase), the product(s) will be sent back to the customer along with an email explaining the reason for the rejection.

Damages and issues  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges  

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 

Refunds  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Additional Notes 

 If Hingz is unable to accept a return request, the customer will have up to three delivery attempts to receive the product(s). If all attempts are missed, the customer must contact our Customer Care Team within three days of the final attempt to arrange a new delivery. 

Please note: After the final delivery attempt, Hingz will no longer be able to resend the product(s). 

For returns, customers are also entitled to up to three pickup attempts. If a successful pickup cannot be arranged within 5 days of the last attempt, the return request will be canceled. 

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Our team is available throughout this period to provide assistance and ensure a smooth experience.
